This policy applies to all products purchased within the United States through the official Virbol LLC e-commerce website (including briefcases, casual backpacks, messenger bags, leather wallets, toiletry bags, travel bags, waist packs, etc.). All orders are processed as one-time purchases and do not involve subscriptions or automatic renewals.
II. Return Eligibility
You may request a return provided that the following conditions are met:
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
The item remains in an unused condition, free from visible signs of wear, stains, or damage.
The item must include its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Items that have been used or are in a condition that prevents resale.

V. Refund Instructions
We will process your refund within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

If a return is necessary due to product quality issues or an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you request a return for personal reasons (e.g., you do not like the item, it does not fit, etc.), the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
